Terms & Conditions

By booking services with Holiday Design Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services
Holiday Design Group provides professional residential and commercial holiday décor design, installation, takedown, and storage services throughout the Houston area. All services are customized based on each client’s space, preferences, and agreed-upon design plan.

Quotes & Deposits
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit is required to secure your installation date, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun.

Scheduling
Installation dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received. Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any necessary changes.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the property and designated installation areas. Holiday Design Group is not responsible for delays caused by site inaccessibility, power outages, or other conditions beyond our control.

Materials & Décor
All décor, lighting, and materials provided by Holiday Design Group remain our property unless otherwise stated in writing. Items purchased or custom-made specifically for the client become the client’s property once paid in full.

Takedown & Storage
Takedown and storage services are available as part of our full-service packages. Stored décor is inventoried and maintained in a secure facility. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any changes to contact or address information prior to the next season’s install.

Payments
We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as PayPal, Square, Stripe, and QuickBooks. Holiday Design Group does not store or access credit card or banking details directly.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made prior to material purchases may be refunded minus administrative fees. Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has begun will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Liability
Holiday Design Group takes great care during all installations and removals. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, faulty electrical systems, or severe weather conditions.
